B.Sc. Computer Engineering (Software Engineering), Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, 2008
I'm generally interested in Computer Architecture. My research is focused on Low-Power Design, Chip MultiProcessors (CMPs).
As a master student in Sharif University of Technology, I was a member of HPCAN Lab, where I worked on Network On Chips with Prof. Hamid Sarbazi Azad.
I also worked with Amirali Baniasadi on Chip Multiprocessors in IPM (Institute for Research in Fundamental Science).
N. Shahidi, A. Shafiee and A. Baniasadi, “Heterogenous Interconnects for Low-Power Snoop-Based Chip Multiprocessors”, Accepted to be appeard in JOLPE, Journal of Low Power Electronics
A. Shafiee, N. Shahidi, and A. Baniasadi, “Helia: Heterogenous Interconnect for Low Resolution Cache Access”, in proceeding of the 28th International
Conference on Computer Design (ICCD), Delft University, Amesterdam, The Netherlands, October 3-6, 2010.
A. Shafiee, N. Shahidi, and A. Baniasadi, “Using Partial Tag Comparison in Low-Power Snoop Based Chip Multiprocessor”, in Workshop on Energy Efficient Design (WEED), held in conjunction
with International Symposium on Computer Architecture (ISCA), St. Malo, France, May 20-25, 2010.

Low Power Design, Instructor: Prof. Alireza Ejlali.
Computer Architecture Lab, Instructor: Prof. Hossein Asadi.
Introduction to Programming Languages, Instructor: Prof. Ali H. Abutalebi.
Software/Hardware Design Engineer in SiNA Microelectronic Co(SinaMicro).
According to
Carl Jung's and Isabel Briggs Myers' typology, I'm ENTP (11%, 12%, 1%, 11%) which means:
I have slight preference of Extraversion over Introversion
I have slight preference of Intuition over Sensing
I have marginal or no preference of Thinking over Feeling
I have slight preference of Perceiving over Judging
