A data logger was designed and developed for recording biological signals (e.g. EMG, ECG) and the output of transducers (e.g. load cells, thermocouple). It could convert analog signals to digital and save them on a MMC card in portable mode. Furthermore, it can be connected to a PC or a laptop through a USB port and saves data on the PC directly. To interact with the device, a graphical user interface (GUI) was developed by integration of MatLab and C++ programming. This GUI allows user to save data, set device parameters, and update AVR code (Bootloader Feature) easily.
