  • Design and Fabrication af controller for MA2000 Robot (A 6DOF Elbow Manipulator)

    The aim of this project is to design a controller for the available manipulator that can regulate to desire position, track desire path and learn given path.To achieve this goal appropriate hardware designed. This hardware has ARM7 microcontroller and can cmmunicate to PC through USB port. It also has current sensors, so torque control can be used. Because the dynamic parameters of the manipulator is unknown, first these parameters should be identified and then some proper control methods such as adaptive or sliding mode control should be applied.

    • Working in AVITA company as a part time engineer from 2012/2 until now
      • Design and fabrication of Electric Motorcycle
      • Design of driver for 5 KW DC motor
      • Design of battery management system
    • Working in Irankhodro Powertrain Corporation (IPCO) as part time researcher from 2008/7 to 2009/11
      • Design and Fabrication of hardware for calculating ignition advance angle and engine speed from crankshaft position(CKP), top dead center(TDC) and spark signals for Honda Insight hybrid car
      • Sampling and analysis of motor control unit signals of Honda Insight hybrid car
      • Programming an AVR board to calculate car speed for Honda Civic Hybrid, Toyota Prius Hybrid and Citroen C3 Hybrid cars
      • Hardware design for motor control unit of a hybrid electric vehicle
    • Working in Pars Electric Corporation as a trainee, summer 2007
