I love nature photography. Actually, it was the motive that I started photography. Here are some photos that I took from natural scenes. My nature archive is much bigger than this. But most of them are analog pictures and difficult for me to upload! This page contains photos only from different cities of Iran. To see some photos from Iran’s astonishing natural scenes see my photos from nature or the photos of me and my friends traveling around Iran as eco-tourists;). |

Photos from the capital city of Iran, Tehran. Tehran is a very beautiful city at nights and a very crowded and busy city early in the morning and late in the afternoon. Full of controversies, it is still my second favorite city in the world! |
Photos from the mot beautiful city and one of the most ancient city in Iran, Shiraz. All around the world, Shiraz is very famous for the Persepolis ruins, which located within 30 kilometers of the modern city of Shiraz. But in Iran, Shiraz is famous for its dreamy Springs (especially in May). I forgot to say that although I am from Tehran, Shiraz is my favorite city for living. |
The birth place of poets, patriots and courageous people, Tabriz is one of most influential cities in the history of Iran. Tabriz is located in the west-northern part of Iran, near the border of Armenia and Azerbaijan. It is the city which is famous for its not having any beggars. |
The pearl of Persian gulf, Kish a very beautiful island with tropical weather. Kish is a free commercial zone and many Iranians travel to Kish each year for shopping purposes. If you ask for my advice, I suggest not going to Kish in summer. It is very very hot! |
Alamout is in the Qazvin’s province. There are many beautiful natural places in Alamout, such as the Ovan lake. Alamout is also famous for its historical sites including Hasan Sabah’s castle. |
Mazichal is a village near Chalous in the northern parts of Iran in Mazandaran province. It is famous for its “ocean of clouds” scenes. The village is in the highlands of northern Iran’s forests. It is so high that most of times in the year, the clouds are under your feet! Unfortunately, when we traveled there, as you can see, we were in the clouds rather than above them! |
Khoozestan is one of the most ancient parts of Iran. It is a very oil-reach province in the south of Iran. Khoozestan is known to be one of the places that Iran’s ancient civilization originated. |
Asaalem is a very beautiful city in the North of Iran on the border of Gilan and Ardabil provinces. It’s location is very specific since on one side you can access Caspian sea and on the other side of the city you can access Gilan’s green mountains. The road from Asaalem to Khalkhal (in Ardabil province) is very well known for It serenity, beauty and attractiveness. |
