Summary

Vahid Khandan

► Education: Vahid Khandan has a master degree in Biomechanical Engineering at Sharif University of Technology (The most prestigious university in Iran)where he works as research assistant at cellular and Molecular pharmacology laboratory. He also acquired general and fundamental knowledge of Mechanical Engineering as an undergraduate student of Mechanical Engineering and received his B.Sc. degree from Shahrood University of Technology with honors.

► Research: His research involves Biofluid Mechanics, Computational Nanomechanics, and Microfluidics that centers on simulation of biological systemsespecially with MD Simulation. Also by having a general knowledge in Mechanical and Biomechanical Engineering and his desire to Systems Science, he is interested in Life Sciences and other issues concerned with complex systems.

► Experience: He is experienced in Drug Design, Multi-Scale Analysis, and Nanobiotechnology. He also has cooperated with Pasteur Institute (one of the most scientific drug design centers in middle-east), Baqiyatallah University of Medical Sciences (BUMC), and now he is attended to the Sharif Biochemical and Bioenvironmental Research Centers (SBBRC) as a research assistant.
