I (Saeed Rahmani-Dabbagh سعید رحمانی دباغ) was born in Tabriz, Iran. I received the B.Sc. degree in Electronics Engineering in June 2004, Tabriz, Iran. I have worked for the technical department of Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company as an Electrical Engineer since December 2007. Thereafter I was admitted to Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran in the field of Electrical Engineering in 2007. I received the M.Sc. degree in September 2009. I pursued the Ph.D. degree in Power Systems at Tarbiat Modares University, Tehran, Iran during September 2012 to May 2016. I was on sabbatical leave at University of Bologna, Bologna, Italy in 2015. I am also with the Center of Excellence in Power System Management and Control and Iran Construction Engineering Organization. However, Portfolio Management in financial markets has been my major activity since November 2017. My research interests include electricity markets, financial markets and derivatives.
