Brief Autobiography

I was borin in 1995 in Tabriz, Iran. I received my B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering at University of Tabriz in 2017. I also received my M.Sc. degree in the field of micro- and nanoelectronic devices at Sharif University of Technology in 2020. my master thesis was designing and implementation of a scratching nanolithography system. My main research interests include nanolithography, scanning probe microscopy/ lithography, near field optics, and graphene plasmonics.
