About Me

My name is Jaber Rad which is written in persian "جابر راد". I was born on 11th May 1991 in Yazd, a historical city geographically in the center of Iran, and spent my childhood there by the end of high school studies in Mathematics and Physics major. Isfahan University of technology was the next destination to continue my studies in Information Technology for four years. Currently, I'm living in Tehran, the capital of Iran, as a graduate research assistant at the Department of Computer Engineering in Sharif University of Technology. I have worked on my M.Sc. thesis under the supervision of Prof. Jafar Habibi and Ph.D. candidate Mohammad Hossein Zangooei. Generally, My research area is modelling and simulation of cancer and tumour growth using several methods especially Cellular Automata and agent-based approaches.
