The current at IranKhodro Industrial Group  projects ,

· Geometric Analysis of Automotive Body in Regard to Assembly Process Factors

Defining the important and critical points of auto body to be measured by CMM.

· Fault Detection by Neural Networks in Automotive Body Assembly Line

Detecting the root cause of the fault in a subassembly. Here we developed a State Space Model to generate all possible sources of the fault. Using these data a Neural Network (GRNN) were trained to produce the inverse map from error pattern to the source of the error.
Finally a software was developed in MATLAB^® to help the engineers as a diagnostic tool.

My first experimental work experience as a member of pioneer team of Engine Research Libratory at CEEC accompany with my two best friend Behzad and Niko was:

·  An automated Engine test bed

 for loading the engine under

standard cycles and measuring

 torque and produced  Emission.

This test bed is also used in automatic mapping procedure in which by swiping throttle angle and engine load, torque and engine emissions are measured and spark advance in optimized.

Wow, and the wonderful and enlightening project which I participated  was design and fabrication a 300 ton crawler crane.

Perlite, one of the famous construction company try to generate  technology in Iran, and support the project like this.

I was the last novice that Mr.Vaheb Zadeh one of the most skilful and expert engineer tough her, and I  learned so many worthy advice during working with him.

When I entered ABRAN Consulting Co., one of the oldest company in Iran, I became tired of calculation and mapping without any sense after one month;

I was Design Engineer In ,  “Design of Water Supply System and Piping of Ardebil (A city in East North of Iran). Phase I and II , in a team.

I and my young coworker though that there might have been another way ,in spite of traditional calculation, so we searched Internet and successfully we found a new software EPANET ! We tried to learn it’s demo, and

Try to convince the boss to buy the software but traditional long process had many fans among our coworker finally they were the winner.

During my internship in Fardis Power Plant, the old instruments of the power plant was a big problem although it’s been programmed to install a new Dual Cycle phase. So the best solution was to renew the old vapor cycle until the new one can enter the net, and compensate the lack. The first stage of this project was:   Feasibility Study and Cost Evaluation of Changing the Open Cooling Tower of Fardis Power Plant to an Improved Closed Cooling Tower .

As a junior  student experienced my first real industrial project.
